Direct Personal Service of Process
An option for every need and urgency level.
Direct Personal Service / Authorised Service
Our government-authorised process servers personally visit the recipient’s address, whether it’s a business, home, or workplace, to deliver documents. We always strive to obtain the recipient’s signature. If that’s not possible, we are authorised to perform authorised service (“stämningsmannadelgivning”), which allows us to serve:
- When the recipient refuses to accept or sign,
- Via a household member or employer, or
- Through “spikning”, which occurs when the recipient cannot meet the server.
We provide two alternatives, depending on how urgent your case is.
Can we assist international clients?
Yes, we can assist international clients, as Sweden does not oppose Article 5 or 10 of the Hague Convention on the Service Abroad of Judicial and Extrajudicial Documents. As a private company, we are fully allowed and equipped to navigate the regulatory landscape, ensuring that your documents are served efficiently.
Swedish authorities are not obliged to assist in serving documents transmitted by using any of the methods referred to in sub-paragraphs (b) and (c) of Art. 10. This limitation highlights the benefit of choosing our services, as we are always ready and permitted to help you directly.
Why clients choose us
Our process and follow-up are entirely digital, with a significant portion of case management fully automated. Our agents work closely with process servers to create direct value in individual cases. This approach is why we have Sweden’s highest success rate, surpassing both the public and private sector.
